Roger has been nothing but a great blessing to me! He has so much knowledge and valuable experience in business law. I was tempted to follow all the on-line "just do it yourself" legal advice when I was setting up my LLC until a friend suggested I speak to Roger. I was shocked to learn how many liabilities I would have assumed if I gone through with my DIY plan, and how screwed I would have been if I would have encountered any real legal conflicts with a company that use the kind of seasoned attorneys that Roger is used to.  As a consultant, I have learned that the language one agrees to in contracts is the thing that makes us or breaks us. Through experience, I have learned that Roger's depth of knowledge for the language, strategy and construction of contracts are maybe his greatest talent. I have repeatedly been shocked at what a simple clause can really mean to my well-being  in a court of law. When I call he is always there, no big partnership attorney business overhead and days to return my call. Take my advice, don't sign any document you don't understand and couldn't explain to another person, don't be your own surgeon, and don't be your own lawyer.
